Thank you for choosing Paris Disneyland Transfer. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking our services.
Cancelación de reserva: Reservations can be cancelled only before 24 hours before the transfer date. We appreciate your courtesy in informing us of cancellations for paid bookings, as a driver will be scheduled for your service.
Cargo por procesamiento de transacciones: A 10% transaction processing charge will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Refunds are not provided for services already commenced. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the transfer details requested by the customer will not be refunded.
Definición: Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled transfer without prior cancellation will be considered a 'no-show.'
Política de reembolso: No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Pagos con tarjeta de crédito: We accept credit card payments through Stripe for reservations.
Pagar al conductor: Customers have the option to pay the driver directly. Cancellations for pay-to-driver bookings are free of charge. We kindly ask customers to inform us in advance as the driver will be waiting for you.
Paris Disneyland Transfer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the terms periodically for any changes.
