Disney Paris Transfer

Booking terms

Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you browse our website, book a private transfer or tour, and travel with Disney Paris Transfer.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Please read these terms before booking. The lead passenger should share the relevant booking, pickup, luggage, and safety information with everyone travelling in the group.
1

Agreement and service provider

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Disney Paris Transfer website and to private transfers, tours, and related passenger-transport services booked with us. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms for yourself and for every passenger included in the booking.

Your booking contract is with Disney Paris Transfer. If a mandatory consumer right or other applicable law conflicts with these terms, that law takes priority.

2

Bookings and confirmation

  • A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. Please review the confirmation promptly and tell us if any detail is incorrect.
  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old, have authority to act for all passengers, and ensure that each passenger understands the relevant terms.
  • Any quotation is based on the journey details supplied and is valid for the period stated. Material changes may require a revised price or vehicle.
  • We may decline or cancel a booking where we cannot safely or lawfully provide it, where information is materially incomplete or inaccurate, or where payment is not successfully completed when required.
3

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses, travel dates and times, flight or train numbers, contact details, passenger numbers, and luggage requirements.
  • Select a vehicle suitable for all passengers and luggage, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, oversized items, sports equipment, pets, or other special requirements.
  • Provide a telephone number on which the lead passenger can be reached at the time of travel and monitor messages for service updates.
  • Allow sufficient journey time for check-in, security, road conditions, and other foreseeable delays. We can suggest pickup times but cannot guarantee arrival for a flight, train, event, or appointment.
  • Check that all personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle at the end of the service.
4

Prices and payment

The confirmed price covers the journey and included services described in the booking confirmation. Optional extras, customer-requested route changes, additional stops, waiting beyond any included allowance, parking, tolls, or cleaning and damage costs may be charged where they were not included in the original quote.

  • Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. A 10% card transaction processing charge forms part of the card-payment total and is non-refundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Where the booking offers payment to the driver, the amount is due in the agreed currency at the time of service using an accepted payment method.
  • You are responsible for any currency-conversion or card-issuer charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5

Booking changes and cancellations

Send requests to change or cancel a booking as early as possible. A requested change is effective only after we confirm that it can be accommodated. Changes to the route, date, time, vehicle, passenger count, or special requirements may affect availability and price.

Paid bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund of the service amount, less the 10% transaction processing charge. Paid bookings cancelled within 24 hours of pickup are not eligible for a refund. Pay-to-driver bookings may be cancelled without a cancellation charge, but you must notify us before dispatch wherever possible.

Full eligibility and processing details appear in our Refund Policy.

6

Pickup, waiting, and no-shows

Pickup instructions and any included waiting period will be shown in the confirmation or communicated by our team. At airports and stations, meeting points can change because of local access rules, so passengers should keep their phone available and follow the latest instructions.

A passenger may be treated as a no-show when they are not present at the confirmed place and time, cannot be contacted using the details supplied, and have not notified us of a delay or requested a change. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If your flight or train is delayed, contact us as soon as practical. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup, but a replacement vehicle, extended waiting, or a different schedule is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.

7

Passengers, luggage, and child seats

  • The number of passengers and quantity of luggage must remain within the safe and legal capacity of the confirmed vehicle. The driver may refuse unsafe loading.
  • Standard luggage is included within the vehicle's stated capacity. Undeclared oversized or excessive luggage may require another vehicle at additional cost.
  • Child seats and boosters should be requested during booking. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested type, but the accompanying adult remains responsible for confirming that the child is correctly secured before travel.
  • Passengers must comply with seat-belt rules, safety instructions, and all applicable laws throughout the journey.
8

Service changes and delays

Journey times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, security incidents, strikes, public events, and other conditions beyond our control. A particular vehicle model, driver, or route is not guaranteed; we may provide a suitable alternative with comparable capacity.

If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we may offer an alternative, a new travel time, or a refund for the affected service. We will communicate the available option as soon as reasonably possible.

9

Passenger conduct and vehicle damage

Passengers must behave respectfully and must not threaten safety, distract the driver, smoke or vape in the vehicle, carry unlawful or dangerous items, or damage or excessively soil the vehicle. The driver may refuse to begin or continue a service where conduct creates a safety, legal, or serious hygiene risk.

The person who made the booking may be charged the reasonable cost of repairing damage or carrying out specialist cleaning caused by a passenger, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

10

Liability and events beyond our control

We are responsible for providing the confirmed service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, missed travel connections caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or loss resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Passengers should maintain appropriate travel insurance.

We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by events we could not reasonably prevent or overcome, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed.

11

Website use, intellectual property, and privacy

Website content is provided for general information and booking purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Third-party websites and payment services are also subject to their own terms and notices.

12

Applicable law and resolving concerns

Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it promptly. Keep your booking reference and any relevant supporting information.

These terms are governed by French law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of the country where you habitually live. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or consumer-dispute process required by applicable law.

13

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future bookings when our services, prices, providers, or legal obligations change. The version accepted when a booking is confirmed will normally apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
